Introduction to Registration features

Videosync supports both open-access events and events requiring registration. Configure registration in Build → Registration.

Registration settings

Available options:

  • Show registered participants: View all registered attendees. For detailed engagement data, use the Analytics dashboard
  • No registration: Attendees can join without providing information. You can still use authentication methods - common for internal events
  • Custom: Fully customizable registration with configurable fields and confirmation emails
  • Whitelisted registration: Restrict registration to specific email domains or addresses
  • Invite only: Only people with a Videosync invitation link can access the event (invitees are auto-enrolled)
  • External registration: Use external systems like HubSpot or Marketing Cloud for registration
